Inspection trips
If you wish to take an inspection trip* we offer you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful North Cyprus whilst viewing our properties.
Transfers to and from the airport in Cyprus are provided. We are able to provide full travel and accommodation information to assist you in arranging your visit one to one dedicated property viewing with advice from our customer focused property specialists. Kensington Development Group is able to provide comprehensive travel information in order for you to visit us.
*Inspection visits are available for up to two adults and only
refundable on exchange of contracts to a maximum of £500. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and may be subject to change. Receipts must be available for all flight and accommodation refunds. The Company cannot be held responsible for any selected flight operator or Hotel group used during the course of the visit.
 

Terms of Reservation
The reservation deposit is a non refundable sum which is subject to exchange of contracts for the purchase of the property at the specified price prior to the reservation expiry date. The reservation deposit shall be allowed in part payment of the said exchange monies.
The Company shall be entitled to modify or vary the layout plan of the development or apartment plan current at the date of reservation and not be bound by any plotting or general scheme of development as may from time to time be shown on any plan prior to or at the date of the reservation form
All reservations are subject to the approval of duly authorized personnel of the company
Purchasers are responsible for all thier own purchase expenses unless otherwise stated and agreed
The Company reserves the right to use the personal information supplied (together with subsequently provided information) in relation to the purchase of a Kensington Development Group home. This may involve the disclosure of information to third parties to enable the purchase to be taken forward. The information supplied to us will be processed in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
