Rental Guarantee

The Thalassa Beach Resort Rental Management Company (RMC) will offer a
guaranteed rental return for a two-year period. Property owners will receive a
return of 5%* net per annum for the first two years and a net 70% of the total
revenue earned thereafter.

Payment Plans

Option 1

£1,000 Reservation fee

£9,000 on Exchange of Contracts

£10,000 on Completion of Foundation works

35% on completion of Skeleton works

£10,000 on Ceramics

Balance on possession*

*KDV and any balance or adjustment on completion

PLEASE NOTE: For those not wishing to utilise the loan option below, a 5% discount will be given on the sale price.

Option 2

Apartments purchased using loan facility

£1,000 Reservation fee

£9,000 on Exchange of Contracts

£10,000 on Completion of Foundation works

35% on Completion of Skeleton works

£10,000 on Ceramics

Balance repayable @ 2.9% over 10 years



Thalassa Beach Resort Investor Payment Plan

For investors purchasing multiple properties the following discounts apply:

  • For 3 properties purchase, 3% discount on the sale price
  • For 4 properties...
  • For 10 or more properties, 10% discount on the sale price

Investors that pay the final balance on completion and do not wish to utilise the loan facility will receive a further 5% discount on the sale price.
